Another event gallery completed. This was a birthday party at the Celebration Banquet Hall. The lighting at times was tricky, due to colourful strobe lights and dimmed overhead lights. Shooting with an external flash and an ISO setting of 1000 helped. Some shots were taken without the flash in order to achieve an ambient atmosphere, but to compensate for lack of light, I had to boost the ISO to my max of 8000. Looking at the photos in the photos in post production, I would say that in the future I should try and avoid going higher than 6400 because of the noise.
